How PASS BOOK Works - Driver
This is the Driver data entry screen. PASS BOOK tracks the expirations for the five items under “Tracking Dates.” Whenever an item is thirty days from expiring, a YELLOW warning sign appears next to the item and a YELLOW light is activated on the Main Menu. When an item expires, a RED warning sign appears next to the item and a RED light is activated on the Main Menu and an email alert is sent to the recipients in the Company Record. Data entered here is exported to forms created in the Forms inventory including a complete driver qualification file.
