PASS BOOK 7 - The Right Tool

PASS BOOK  7 is perfect:

• For helping new companies which are just starting their USDOT safety compliance program.
• For companies that have been in business for a while but have  never really organized
    their safety program.

PASS BOOK 7 comes with two organizational, management system  binders which function as guide books to walk the company safety representative through setting up the USDOT safety program.
One manual is for administrative issues (I.e., insurance, accidents, drug and alcohol testing) and the other is for vehicle inspection and maintenance issues.

PASS BOOK’s unique traffic light system alerts  you  before  a problem occurs.  And, PASS BOOK  backs up your alert with an email notification.

The heart of  PASS BOOK 7 is the management software with its unique signal light warning system.  This software tracks date sensitive items, is the forms inventory and is the portal to the PASS BOOK’s resource center, the Green Zone.  
Paperless Records:  New for PASS BOOK 7 is the ability to fill out many of the forms on a computer and save them as working copies. This helps with items like the vehicle maintenance and training logs. (This feature requires third party software which allows the user to edit pdf forms.)
