PASS BOOK Platinum is Network ready (LAN), has all the features of the Gold program and is licensed for up to five (5) work stations. It comes with the same binders (one set only) as PASS BOOK Gold and accesses the Green Zone resource center.
PASS BOOK Gold is perfect for helping new companies which are just starting their DOT safety compliance program and for companies that have been in business for awhile but have never really organized their safety program. PASS BOOK Gold comes with two organizational system binders, one for company and driver issues and one for vehicle inspections. The binders are guide books designed to walk the company safety representative through setting up the DOT safety program. The heart of PASS BOOK Gold is the management software. This software tracks date sensitive items, is the forms inventory and is the portal to the resource center Green Zone. PASS BOOK Gold is a single license only.
